Refund & Return Policy

At Veloura, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at businesshelprestore@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return Process

All return requests must be approved before an item is sent back. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

European Union Customers

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
